I didn’t enter the Black girl-focused space, I helped build it. This isn’t theoretical for me, it’s lived experience, tested strategy, and real results. I’ve shaped how Black girls are seen, how systems respond to them, and how communities and power structures choose to invest, or fall short. I bring firsthand understanding, real vision, and empathy to help organizations build programming that isn’t just well-intentioned, but it works. I build ecosystems where Black women and girls thrive.
I architected a cultural institution from 2009-2025 through the work of UNIQUELY YOU SUMMIT, INC.

I work with athletes the way I’ve worked with visionaries, founders, and cultural leaders: strategically, directly, and purposefully. I’m not just management. I’m a partner in how they move, how they’re seen, and what they build alongside the game. My role is to help them stay grounded as we navigate and negotiate opportunities while staying intentional about their purposeful impact.

This may be new terrain, but I’m not entering this industry empty-handed. This is a natural expansion of my commitment to purpose. I bring the same intuition, access, taste, and cultural authority that’s always shaped how I move. I work with artists, collectors, investors, and institutions to curate work that reflects the space, the story, and the mission. I don’t just place art, I create opportunities for artists by bringing the right projects to them, and I share what they’re doing in rooms they’re not in yet.
I know how to read the room. Literally. Public, private, or corporate, I place art that carries both a journey and energy. It has to say something. It has to fit. And when I’m involved, it does.
